About ‘The ceiling of the Grote Kerk in Alkmaar.’ by Natascha Worseling
The late-Gothic vault paintings in the Alkmaar church date from 1518. For a long time it was unclear who had made them, but it is now certain that they can be attributed to Jacob Cornelisz van Oostsanen, also known as the "Michelangelo of the North".
