In the forests of the Swedish region of Värmland lies the town of Båstnäs. A place where nothing special is to be found, except for the car cemetery. Here are hundreds of remnants of cars from the fifties, sixties and seventies of the last century. Two brothers started a car wreck here in the sixties. The parts brought in a lot of money in nearby rich Norway. In the middle of the woods, however, was not the most suitable location. Soon the forest continued to proliferate and nature began to take over the location again.
Now the wrecks lie under a layer of moss, fallen trees or just on top of each other. Sometimes stacked four or five high on top of each other, but not for long. Gravity pulls the cars towards it. The junkyard looks like a decor from one of Stephen King's books.
