About the artwork
The Table of Eternity depicts the eternal cycle, the movement of the seasons, of day and night, of breath in and breath out, from joy to sorrow and thence again to joy...From high to low, from light to dark, and back again. Nothing stands still and everything turns again, which is the symbol of the Ourobouros, the snake biting its own tail.
