This artwork explores the stratification of human experience and the silent power hidden in inner transformation. In three interconnected figures, an emotional journey unfolds: from bent and heavy, through seeking and balancing, to open and free. Each pose reflects a different state of being - a reminder of how growth often comes from movement, repetition and daring to feel through what once stuck.
The linework is deliberately fluid and uninterrupted, as if the figures were set down in one breath. This emphasises the connectedness between the phases: no moment stands alone, but is part of an ongoing process. The soft, earthy tones add warmth and vulnerability, while the subtle shadows give the forms depth without weighing them down. This creates a serene, almost meditative whole that radiates calm, but at the same time carries a powerful undercurrent.
The work is digitally produced, composed of transparent layers gradually painted over one another. This technique symbolises the way memories, emotions and insights settle inside us - not abruptly, but layer by layer. The result is a composition that feels both fragile and determined.
This creation invites the viewer to reflect on their own inner movements: on moments of falling, getting up and finally daring to take off. It is a visual reminder that transformation has no end point, but is an ongoing gentle shift towards wholeness.
