About ‘The Sea Horse - Lower Antelope Canyon’ by Tony Buijse

Erosion has given the rocks of the Lower Antelope Canyon erratic shapes, giving it a high degree of abstraction. In a number of places one recognizes the image of something familiar. This photo was taken at such a place in the canyon. When looking upwards in the canyon, you can see the shape of a seahorse.

Tony Buijse is a Dutch photographer, lives in IJsselstein and is best known for his reports that he makes of sports competitions and events.
His landscape photos and cityscapes have been shown at several exhibitions. Much of his photo work is available as wall decoration on Werkaandemuur. Most of these photos were taken during trips and excursions.
