De Rotterdam is a building on Wilhelmina Pier in Rotterdam designed by Rem Koolhaas in 1998. The complex stands between the Toren op Zuid and Cruise Terminal Rotterdam and was completed in late 2013; on 21 November 2013, its largest user, the Municipality of Rotterdam, received the key. The design accommodates offices, a hotel and flats. Its 44 floors have a total area of around 160 000 m², making it one of the largest buildings in the Netherlands.
