Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

About ‘The Rhythm of the Waves and the Sea’ by Zuidfotograaf

Where the land ends and the sea begins, a magnificent spectacle of power and movement unfolds. In this photograph, the warm, golden-brown rocks meet the cool turquoise waters of the sea. The waves roll ceaselessly against the rocky shore and break into bright white foam, lending the scene a vibrant and natural feel.

The jagged shapes of the rocks reveal how the coastline has been shaped over the years by wind, water and the elements. Perched amongst the rocks are a few dark seabirds, calmly surveying the water. Their presence lends the photograph an extra sense of life and makes the landscape feel even more authentic.

The small stretch of sandy beach at the bottom provides a lovely contrast to the rugged rock and the rippling water. The varied textures and colours ensure there is always something new to discover – from the fine lines in the water to the weathered details of the rocks and the soft foam of the surf.
