Leeuwarden is an ancient city in the north of the Netherlands and also the capital of the province of Friesland. Leeuwarden was formed in the Middle Ages from three mound villages, which were joined together. City walls were built around these villages and the area between them was reclaimed and made suitable for city building. This included the area east of the mound village of Oldhove. Here a garden was laid out, which was used by the town keepers and (later) the royal family for their pleasure and celebrations. Over time, this garden became known as De Prinsentuin. Nowadays, in the summer, you see many people relaxing in this garden, and the garden offers some beautiful views. Like in this photo. This photo is very unique and is not available anywhere else. For every purebred Liwwadder this is a photo that really should hang in your house. What are you waiting for? Order quickly, and soon it will be hanging on your wall!
