Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘The Peperbus above Zwolle's historic city centre’ by Thomas Bartelds

The Peperbus is undoubtedly Zwolle's most recognisable symbol. In this aerial photo, the iconic tower takes centre stage, high above the historic city centre, captured during the early morning hours when the city is still shrouded in silence. The soft light of the sunrise colours the sky in warm pink and blue tones, giving Zwolle an almost picturesque look.

From the sky, the peculiar architecture of the Peperbus becomes visible in relation to the city around it. The characteristic red roofs, green avenues and historic buildings combine to form a timeless cityscape. This photo shows Zwolle as you rarely experience it. Quiet, open and full of history.

The combination of drone photography, natural light and a carefully chosen perspective makes this image suitable as wall decoration for both modern and classic interiors. The work fits perfectly in living rooms, offices, meeting rooms or public spaces where a strong connection to Zwolle, Overijssel or Dutch cities is desired.

This city photo is ideal for lovers of architecture, cityscapes and Dutch culture. Also as a gift for Zwolle residents, former residents or anyone with a special connection to the city, this is a powerful and personal work of art. Here, the Peperbus acts not only as a monument, but as an anchor point of memories, history and identity.
