The Path to Enlightenment: A Crystal-Clear Guide to the Summit of the Mind by Walter G. Allgöwer

A cascade of frozen light:
Like silver rain frozen mid-flight, the mighty cascade of myriad glass beads pours down into the depths of the stairwell. It is as though the heavens themselves had transformed their tears into precious jewels to illuminate the ascent at the heart of Wat Phra That Sorn Kaew. Every single bead captures the incoming light, refracting it into a thousand fragments and casting a dancing interplay of light and shadow onto the surrounding walls.
Amidst the rugged Khao Kho mountains, this light installation acts as a spiritual anchor. The architecture of mosaics and marble merges with the glass waterfall to form a symphony of shapes. Anyone looking up here loses their sense of space and time; the perspective inevitably draws the mind into an infinity that seems to lead both upwards and downwards.
It is more than just a lamp – it is a symbol of the clarity and purity of Buddhist teachings, which flow into our world like a constant stream of wisdom. In the tranquillity of Phetchabun province, this glass marvel tells of the connection between earth and ether, a sparkling path of light that guides the seeker to the summit of the spirit.
