About ‘The Oval Stone of Jade’ by Elmer Kouwenberg

After cleaning an ancient wall in a sacred temple, a beautiful egg-shaped stone of rare pale blue Jade emerged. The stone was polished and surrounded by oval orange-coloured rims of worked stone. Furthermore, the wall was quite battered; behind each layer was another layer, often in a beautiful line pattern and alternating colour.
