At dusk, Cologne offers an unforgettable panorama in which the Cathedral and the Hohenzollernbrücke together form an iconic duo. In this photo, the Gothic splendour of Cologne Cathedral towers over the city, while the robust lines of the Hohenzollernbrücke in the foreground enhance the composition. The sunset paints the sky with fiery reds and subtle golden highlights, which reflect on the calm waters of the Rhine and give the scene an almost fairy-tale atmosphere. The bridge, with its distinctive arches and the countless locks of love hanging from it, connects not only the banks of the river, but also the present with the city's rich past. At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
