About ‘Texel Sheep at Golden Hour’ by Mr White Takes Pictures
On a beautiful summer evening, the setting sun shone on these sheep in a meadow somewhere between Den Burg and Den Hoorn on the picturesque island of Texel. I was out on a long bike ride looking for an opportunity to photograph the little church in Den Hoorn when I came across this scene along the way.

I am Martijn Wit and I like to photograph nature in my neighbourhood, but I also love to capture the city and the night. I love the play of light in combination with the vintage lenses I use.
