Tips for use

About ‘Tea plantation in Pangalengan’ by Karin vd Waal

On a cloudy day we visited the green tea fields in Pangalengan in Java, Indonesia.
This is the tea of Sri Lanka, which seems to be one of the tastiest teas. The tastiest leaves are for export. They also make white tea from it, the young leaves that are still closed, they take from the young shrubs.
