India is more than dust, heat and temples. Further from the coast in the south are the hills. These are so high that it is cooler and clearer there. Reason for the British in colonial times to go there in the hot summer months. even today, they are popular holiday spots. Tea is also grown there. Ridge after ridge is coloured dark green by the tea bushes that grow in long circular rows up to the peaks with paths in between for the women and men who harvest the leaves. all together, it is a work of art that takes on an almost meditative character because of its shape. portraying this is an exercise in form to ensure that the atmosphere of this special landscape is captured.
