On the coast of Friesland, near Koehool, an enchanting spectacle unfolds during sunset. The sun slowly sinks behind the horizon, colouring the sky in warm hues of gold and orange, while the clouds above form a soft contrast with their dark silhouettes. In the foreground are the mudflats of the Wadden Sea, where the water has been left in small pools after the ebbing tide. These pools mirror the light of the setting sun, creating a beautiful pattern of glow and shadow that extends to the horizon.

The Wadden is a dynamic landscape that is constantly changing due to the tides. At low tide, the bottom is exposed, revealing how rich and unique this area is.
