About ‘Sunset on the Zaanse Schans’ by Quo Fotografie

A beautiful sunset on a warm spring evening at Zaanse Schans. Netherlands.
It turned out to be a real Dutch picture, with water, a windmill, beautiful cloudy sky and a factory tower in the background.
A view that has been the same for many decades in the beautiful Zaan region.

I was there for a model shoot, and afterwards we saw this. Beautiful this pink light and that sun rising just above the horizon! So of course you have to take a photo of that.
I really like how the windmill and the reeds and buildings in the background act as silhouettes as spectators.

This work gives me a very warm feeling. Of course, it is perfect if you have a connection with the Zaan region. Or just really love windmills or sunsets. I think it fits into many different interiors.
Especially the colour of the photo and how the setting sun reflects on the surface of the water is particularly well done in this picture.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
