About the artwork

In August, the heather is in full bloom at the Kalmthoutse Heide. It is worth walking there at sunrise on an early morning. There is often ground fog then, when the sun rises a little higher, then rises and is increasingly easy to observe. As the sky turns to warm orange and the atmosphere is optimal.
The prominent tree stands out beautifully against the light background.
You have to get up early for it but every time it is a special experience to be there early and where you can almost hear the silence.
Sometimes you can hear some geese twittering or some fly over, and with a lot of luck you can also just spot a deer walking.
Even when the heather has finished blooming, it remains a beautiful area where you can walk for miles and enjoy.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
