Anse Forbans is a beautiful beach in the south-east of Mahé, the largest island of the Seychelles. Here the sea is shallow and calm - and therefore excellent for swimming. Due to the long exposure, the sunrise on this beautiful beach comes into its own particularly well.
Mahé is the main island and largest island of the Seychelles. Approximately 72,000 people live on it, which is almost 90 % of the total population of the Seychelles. The capital Victoria is the centre of the island. A little more than 25,000 inhabitants live here.
