An explosion of colour, geometry and sun-kissed energy. Summertime Abstraction is an abstract work created for the "Summer of Colour" challenge on Werk aan de Muur - an ode to summer heat, bright light and the vibrant dynamism of colour in motion.
The composition is composed of bright planes, playful lines and transparent layering. No AI, but partly created through algorithmic techniques in FilterForge. As an artist, this software allows me to build and combine textures and patterns mathematically, creating unexpected but balanced results. The rest is digitally refined by hand: composition, colouring and rhythm are deliberately chosen to evoke a summery sense of freedom and abstract joy.
This work is part of my FilterForge Collection - art in which digital algorithms and human choices reinforce each other. Summertime Abstraction is a stylish statement for any modern interior that dares to choose colour, texture and rhythm.
