Tips for use

  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.

As if time has stood still here. Walking through the village of Hawkshead, which is close to Esthwaite Water, you sometimes feel like an only human being in this village that is nevertheless quite touristy.
Not modernising the old pavement preserves the old atmosphere.
