Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Storm at sea with Benjamin’ by Guy Bostijn

We note: 23 Oct 2025, storm "Benjamin" is expected. So now I had a real opportunity to close the front door behind me and spend a whole day on my hobby. Equipment along, thick jackets along, rain gear, armed for Benjamin. Set the GPS because yes, we are just driving to France to experience the natural wonders in another language. Left around 10 hr in the morning to drive some'n 170 km towards "Fort of Ambleteuse", also called "Fort Vauban". It is clear when I arrive at the spot that I am not alone as a photographer to brave the forces of nature, at least 50 other photographers stand together at a crucial spot that is actually too small for so many people. OK I thought, then I'll stand on the beach nice "under" all of you which turned out to be the best idea in hindsight as many followed my lead :-) And then, camera on tripod and hold the lot because it was incredibly windy, too bad wind can't be felt in a photo :-) And yes, wave after wave clattered against the fortified castle, what a spectacle, one already a bit higher than the other, the sky filled with threatening clouds, it speaks volumes! It was a fantastic experience that is worth repeating.

All-round photography with a preference for Urbex and street photography. The depiction of the past began with a vulgar visit to the village of Doel in Belgium and made the microbe strike in a world of unforced imperfections.

I work with Nikon D850 and Nikon D500, both of which are top-notch devices resulting in razor-sharp images. Also, all images are taken in RAW format, easily translated, I still have to "digitally develop" them myself. Just that makes…
