About "Still life with White Tulip and Butterfly"

About the artwork

A white tulip takes centre stage in this work, placed in a simple, dark vase that gives a classic look. The flower slopes gracefully forward, as if making a bow. A butterfly has perched on the tip of the tulip. Its warm colours form a subtle contrast to the soft white of the flower and the dark background. This detail gives the composition a sense of movement and lightness, while the rest breathes tranquillity and stillness.

The inspiration for this painting comes from the old masters of still life: the play between beauty and impermanence, between simplicity and detail. The use of a sober background and a wooden table gives the whole an old-fashioned, almost picturesque atmosphere. The butterfly symbolises vulnerability and change, which also gives the work a deeper layer.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
