About "Squirrel on a feeder"

About the artwork

Squirrels regularly come to eat from the feeder attached to our Scots pine.

Before the devastating fall wind in Leersum Utrecht last June 18, 2021, there were several pines in our garden. Unfortunately, it only says 1. That's why this work is so special to me. A reminder of the squirrels that jumped from tree to tree and regularly stopped by to eat.

I made this image based on a photo I took from my kitchen. Then I used software to edit the photo and added a lot of color and textures. The image can also be called quite abstract and has thus become a unique eye-catcher.

I make art based on photos I take with my mobile or camera. Then I get to work with them and edit them with a software program. My style is characterized by a lot of color and textures. These textures I use are often other edited (macro) photos that I add to an image with a certain technique. You can think of photos of moss, bark, rust structures, concrete, wood structures, etc.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
