About the artwork
"Square with droplets on a dandelion fluff (cold colours)" is an (extreme) macro photograph of a dandelion fluff, with a blended background (due to the fact that the other fluff with water droplets are still very vaguely visible here). Hanging from the front fluff are water droplets that seem to reflect a "silver with beige" colour. This work has a very calm, dreamy atmosphere and there is also a sense of depth to the work. This is because I chose a shallow depth of field in this picture. You can see this well with the stalk that is at an angle. The further down you look, the fainter the water droplets become. The focal point is at the part where the stalk turns into the fluff. The droplets also help to create this dreamy atmosphere, they reflect the light and this creates sparkles on the droplets. This work could hang beautifully as a wall decoration in the dining room, bedroom, hallway or just above the sofa! Also beautiful in business locations such as on the wall in a meeting room, office waiting room or practice room
