About ‘Spectacular Northern Lights above the ski elevator’ by Martijn Smeets

During a tour of Finnish Lapland, we stayed a few nights near the Enontekiö ski area.

When evening fell, I climbed up the slopes with my camera. After several hours of waiting in the snow, I was able to take this beautiful photo of the bright green Northern Lights (aurora) moving above the ski elevator.
