About "Sparrowhawk with catch"

About the artwork

A sparrowhawk stands in the garden with one paw on a caught dead prey. I don't normally see sparrows in the garden, and I had to look closely to see what this was a bird. Because of the curved beak and the plumage, we were able to trace and eventually came up with a sparrowhawk.
Sparrowhawks belong to the family of hawks. They are birds of prey. They are about the size of a pigeon. Males are a bit smaller than females. They mainly hunt sparrows, tits, finches, and starlings. Females are a bit larger and can also catch a turkey turtle. The sparrowhawk hunts from cover, or with a sudden, swift flight in passing.
They can be recognised by their curved bill, yellow eyes, striped breast feathers and yellow legs. Sparrows are found throughout Europe, except in Iceland, northern Scandinavia and northern Russia.
Dot specimen I believe is a male. He had just caught prey, but I could not distinguish whether it was a sparrow or a tit. He was already picking it partly on the ground, then he took the prey to a birdhouse in the garden where on the roof he continued picking the prey, tearing it apart and working it inside.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
