About ‘Spanish windmills on the plateau of La Mancha’ by Martijn de Jonge
Typical white windmills with wooden sails on the Spanish high plains. Made famous by Don Quijote, among others, who fought them as enemies in Cervantes' famous work. Windmills were once used to grind Spanish grain into flour.
