Sailing in the Caribbean is a special experience. Lots of sea, lots of air and often longer distances between islands. The space and the feeling of freedom are endless. On the Caribbean Sea, you often feel the waves of the Atlantic Ocean. A wave that comes from the ocean and also rolls back to the ocean. Only when you are behind an island is the water calm and you don't notice those rolling waves. This sailboat is anchored quietly at Salt Plage after a day of sailing. A café located right on the beach in a small bay on Saint Kitts, the big island of the archipelago of Saint Kitts and Nevis. With a mooring so close to shore, after a full day of sailing, it's a short distance to a pleasant evening of good food and good company in a relaxed, summer place. Barefoot Sophistication, as they say themselves, but first a little exercise. And snorkelling to enjoy the beautiful fish underwater.
