This garden snail was taking a walk on the trunk of an acer. The challenge was to get the snail shell sharp but at the same time to be able to recognize the snail.
The yellow colour accents of the snail shell light up the picture completely.

When a few years ago I was terribly spoiled with a beautiful camera including a macro lens, a world opened up for me. Nature is so beautiful but boy, what a flower, plant or animal looks great because of a macro lens.
Hopefully you will find that even after seeing my pictures and decide to have one of my pictures printed on metal, canvas or as wallpaper!
