About the artwork

The popular hiking destination called Sierra Helada is a landmark of the Costa Blanca in Spain. This photo is dedicated to the view towards the Faro de l'Albir lighthouse.

The Sierra Helada Natural Park is located between the coastal towns of Altea and Benidorm. The elongated mountain range rises majestically from the sea and is clearly visible from afar. Hiking in the Sierra Helada mountain presents wonderful views of the blue Mediterranean Sea, the vertical cliffs and towards the other mountains near the coast. The bay of Altea and the Peñón de Ifach mountain in Calpe are visible in the distance.

The side of the Sierra Helada facing the sea impresses with its rugged cliffs, while the slopes facing away from the sea appear rather gentle. A particularly charming place is the white lighthouse called Faro de l'Albir, which looks very scenic in the mountainous landscape.

By the way, the name Sierra Helada means icy or frosty mountain. This probably refers less to the Mediterranean temperatures, but rather to misty light moods on the coast and the bright colors of the cliffs, which give the Sierra Helada mountain (seen from a distance) a frosty appearance on some days.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
