About "Shrub peony - Peony with bee"

About the artwork

The picture shows a close-up of a shrub peony (Paeonia suffruticosa) in full bloom - in the centre is a bee collecting pollen. The petals are white, slightly ruffled and frame a bright yellow centre of dense stamens. The bee is positioned in the middle and forms a lively contrast to the calm colours of the flower.

The inspiration for this work was the interplay between plant and insect - a brief, natural moment that symbolises permanence and cycle. I was particularly interested in the combination of floral aesthetics with a functional, ecological aspect: beauty and utility united in one picture.

The atmosphere is calm but lively. The picture invites us to pause and consciously perceive the small, often overlooked processes of nature. The message is clear: there is also meaning - and life - in the details.

In interior design, this work acts as a natural accent. It combines floral elegance with a touch of dynamism and is particularly suitable for rooms that should radiate naturalness and authenticity - such as kitchens, work areas or light-flooded living rooms.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
