This image consists of three different images: two photos of treetops, taken in northern Limburg. And one photograph of a vulture, taken in Spain. By working with overlays, the bird is also given detail in the branches and becomes more than a silhouette. The image becomes subtly colourful and gives the feeling of looking up where another world begins: the world of the winged where we humans cannot reach. It has become a graphic image because different branches overlap each other and thus differ in light and dark.
