Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.

"Sea and Structure" is an abstract seascape with strong texture and natural colours. Layers of sandy tones, white, ochre and cool blue create the illusion of a windy stretch of beach. The thickly applied texture is reminiscent of a palette knife technique and lends the work a tangible depth and dynamism. It is a meditative interplay between nature and abstraction - calm, but full of movement.
