Tips for use
  • Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
  • Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
  • Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
  • The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
  • Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

This painting, Closed Eyes, has a special mysterious atmosphere.
The closed eyes and beautiful neutral mouth leave a lot of room for interpretation. The warm colours enhance the whole.
Anja Namink likes to paint female portraits, as well as abstract. This is a combination of both techniques. The original was painted with oil paint.

Painting is my great passion. For years, I have been painting at home in my studio in the attic. Every spare hour I can be found there. It started with portraits of women, nice and big and loose. For some time now, I have also been painting abstracts, including colourful stripes. I paint with oil paint.
