Mad Dog lives as a freelance artist with his family in the Hamburg area. Creative work came naturally to him, as he comes from a family of artists, researchers and philosophers. He has been at home in the creative world since childhood. After graduation, he travelled the world as an international designer for hotels, decorating the walls of first-class hotels with his gigantic murals. As an interior designer, he created unusual designs in Europe, the USA and Asia. Whether created digitally with a tablet, with a camera or with a brush and acrylic paint: Mad Dog's works are often colourful and influenced by his time in Japan and reflect his creative life. With heart and soul, he also loves restoring antique Japanese CC0 artworks and matching their colours precisely to the current trends in interior design.

What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
