Saipem7000 Damen Verolme Rotterdam The Saipem 7000 is the third largest crane vessel in the world with a lifting capacity of 2 x 7000 tonnes. Owner of the crane vessel is the company Saipem.Damen Verolme Rotterdam is a shipyard in Rotterdam-Botlek. The yard was started in 1957 by Cornelis Verolme as Verolme Dok en Scheepsbouw Maatschappij NV (VDSM). It was the first, entirely newly built yard in the Rotterdam port area intended for the construction of large ships, including supertankers. Part of the yard was the largest dug-out dry dock in Europe. From 1981, under the name Verolme Botlek BV, the emphasis shifted to repair and maintenance of offshore structures. Since 2002, as Keppel Verolme BV, the yard has been an operating company of Singapore-based shipbuilding group Keppel Corporation Ltd. As of 1 July 2017, the yard is part of Damen Shipyards and the name was changed to Damen Verolme Rotterdam. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
