About "Rotterdam Skyline"

About the artwork

If you love architecture, Rotterdam is the place to be! Especially in the Kop van Zuid area there are beautiful buildings by the likes of Koolhaas and of course the Erasmus Bridge. Then of course there is the Market Hall, the Cube Houses and last but not least the beautiful view from the Euromast. Yes, then you will understand that I like to travel to this city to take pictures. And so it was on this day, a beautiful clear late summer afternoon. I chose this spot because it gives a nice view of the Erasmus Bridge and the buildings on the Wilhelmina quay in one frame. With a bit of luck, it will be a beautiful sunset. The forecast was good, but even then you have to wait and see what Mother Nature has in store. In the end I was rewarded with beautiful warm and bright colours. Satisfied, I was able to return home to make this shot suitable for my shop here at Artheroes. As far as I am concerned, I have succeeded and hopefully you will too.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
