Spring is a time of year when everything comes to life again and therefore one of my favorite seasons. It's getting warmer, fresh green leaves appear on the trees, bulb fields come into bloom, and the roadsides and bike paths are brightened up with all kinds of wild plants and flowers, as in this photo. That day I was at a familiar spot looking for butterflies, but unfortunately it was still too early in the spring. But actually that was not a problem at all, because on the path I was taken by a hedge of white cow parsley and yellow rapeseed as far as the eye could see. Sometimes it grew to over a meter high. These flowers gave me the ultimate spring feeling during my walk, and I had a great time photographing these wild flowers, trying to capture the dreamy and spring atmosphere in one image. The butterflies will come later.
