This artwork is a beautiful aerial photograph showing a rocky heart near El Nido. It is an invitation to travel to this enchanting country and discover the natural beauty of the Philippines-or have you already been there? The inspiration for this piece came from a love of the Philippines and a desire to share its beauty with others. The rocky coastlines and crystal-clear waters of El Nido are one of the many highlights of the Philippines, and this work showcases the natural splendour in a unique and dynamic way. The mood we want to set is one of tranquillity, love and high dynamic range. This creates a combination of the deep colours of the water and rocks and the feelings it evokes. Together, this creates a serene atmosphere that makes you forget you are in a busy world. The emotion we want to convey with this work is the love for nature and the desire to protect it. This symbolises the heart. The Philippines is one of many countries threatened by climate change and mass tourism. This work is a reminder of how precious this place is and the importance of using it sparingly. This artwork was created using drone technology and photoshop, allowing us to offer a unique perspective of this breathtaking place.
