On an icy Christmas morning, when the world was still sleeping under a blanket of snow, a robin sat on the branch of the old apple tree in the garden. Its breast shone like a small fire against the white background, and its eyes glinted with curiosity.

Inside the house, it was warm. The smell of cinnamon and freshly baked biscuits filled the air as the family prepared for a day of conviviality. But outside, in the silence of the garden, a different kind of Christmas was playing out.

The robin hopped from branch to branch, looking for crumbs or a forgotten berry. When the little girl from the house came out with her red scarf and a basket full of seeds, the bird sat still. She smiled and carefully scattered some goodies on the ground. "Merry Christmas, little one," she whispered.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
