Beautiful hairpin bend in the mountains in southern France. The light was beautiful, the composition fine and the skid marks complete this work for me. An everyday photo yet unique.
I took this photo during a road trip through Lòzere, a beautiful region in the south of France where you can still drive a sturgeon-man's road without encountering too much other traffic. This bend caught my eye in such a way that I turned around, pulled over and took the photo. It all had to be somewhat cursory but still with a nice result.
This photo fits nicely in any three-part series with two other photos that give the travel/road trip feeling. But it also fits well on the wall on its own. For example, in the hallway or in the kitchen.
In terms of settings, I did not use anything special. For me, it is about the feeling in the photo and not necessarily how sharp or special the location is.
