The Polders of Kruibeke is the largest flood area in Flanders. And yet it is only really flooded a few times a year.
When the water drains away from here, a world full of natural beauty opens up. With mudflats and salt marshes, alder forests, thousands of meadow and water birds. Spot unique animals like roe deer, beavers and if you're lucky even otters.
