Tips for use

Point your camera at the floor or a piece of furniture first, then move it slowly up towards the wall. A bare white wall is hard for your phone to recognise.
Move your phone gently from side to side. Holding it still or waving it around quickly does not help.
Make sure there is enough light. In a dark room your phone has nothing to lock onto.
The artwork appears at its true size, so you cannot scale it in AR. Want a different size? Close AR and pick the size on the product page.
Still nothing? Open this page in Chrome or Safari. AR does not work in the browser of apps such as Instagram or Facebook.

About ‘Quiet Life - Skyline of Rotterdam from a houseboat’ by Naomi Modde

Silent Life - An orange flower in the windowsill of one of the characteristic houseboats on the Oude Haven, in the center of Rotterdam.

From this perspective from the water, you can see the city in the distance, going on 24/7 with its tall buildings and teeming people. This image contrasts with the ephemeral, domestic still life of the vase of flowers in the foreground. One of my favorite photographs of Rotterdam.

My analog photography is characterized by its narrative nature and vivid colors. I portray the places I visit and the people I meet as naturally as possible. I do this with my grandfather's old camera, a Leica M3 from the 1950s. In doing so, I take the time to wait for the exact, right moment for me. This way I can share my experience in the most beautiful way. After my training in photography I had the opportunity to do many beautiful, documentary photo assignments…
