The Pilatus PC-7 is a Swiss turboprop trainer aircraft produced by Pilatus Aircraft. It is a two-seat aircraft mainly used for military pilot training. The aircraft allows for artificial flying (aerobatics) and night flying. The PC-7 has been in service since 1978 and is used by many air forces worldwide. The Royal Air Force uses the PC-7 for pilot training, but will replace it in 2027 with the PC-7's further development: the PC-7 MKX.
