About ‘Pigs' snouts’ by Holger Felix

A guest from the Borkumer Kleinbahn is currently travelling on the network of the Mecklenburg Bäderbahn Molli. It is the so-called Wismar rail bus, built in the Wismar wagon factory in 1940. Now it is back in Mecklenburg after 83 years. The Wismar Railway Friends had already presented it at their Wismar Ringlock shed on Rail Day in mid-September. From 22 September 2023 until the Day of German Unity, this wonderful railway relic will now run three times a day on the Molli from Kühlungsborn West to Bad Doberan and back. A must for every railway fan.

Holger Felix, born 1959, photographer from Wismar, Mecklenburg-Vorpommern. I have been taking pictures since I was seven years old. I started with a simple roll film camera in b/w, model Pouva Start from 1952. In my late youth I got my first analog SLR camera. Today I am using products from Canon. What are the delivery times?

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

Is your order a gift for someone? We can create you a gift voucher that displays the artwork(s) you ordered, so you have something to give while the artwork is being printed. Just send us an e-mail and we’ll take care of it.

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers, mainly UPS and DHL (Depending on the country where it is delivered, this may vary). Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
