A view of the Eiffel Tower, seen from Trocadéro. With many pigeons in the foreground.
Trocadéro square is perhaps the most famous location in Paris to see the Eiffel Tower. Especially in the evening hours, many tourists can be found here. Apart from the tourists, you will also see many pigeons here, probably descending on the food stalls along the square.
In this image ie these pigeons prominent in the picture, resting on the golden statues found on either side the Palace of Chaillot.
The small aperture means that only the pigeons in the foreground are in sharp focus. This gives you a nice depth effect and the focus is entirely on the birds.
I also have a colour version of this image available!!!
