About "Picturesque sunset in the water"

About the artwork

A dreamy sunset by wild water. It was 4 degrees and windy. The water sloshed against the quay and almost hit my camera. In the distance, mist hung over a strip of land. My hands almost hurt from the cold, but it was enjoyable at the same time. This image makes you imagine yourself in the middle of the waves, swaying with the wind and blowing you out. The colours give peace at the same time, the sun is slowly setting. With the warm glow of that sun, you know; tomorrow is another day.

This image was photographed with a slow shutter speed to soften the waves in the water. The picture was then edited to do full justice. It has a painting-like look because of the oil filter that was added last. Thus, the photo has almost become art and can completely dress up and change the look of a room.

At Art Heroes we do not mass produce or keep stock, but make to order. Your artwork is made with passion by experienced craftsmen and is on average ready for shipment in 7 business days. Details on the exact delivery date will be sent after placement of the order. Depending on the shipping country the following delivery times apply:

How will the package be sent?

We work with several carriers. Couriers can also be used for large or fragile packages.

Canvas are securely packed in plastic bubble wrap and cardboard. Wallpaper and posters are sent in sturdy tubes.

A courier collects the package from us and takes the package to a depot where it usually stays overnight. The day after it is collected and delivered to your home or office. We work with courier services that specialise in handling fragile parcels.

Not at home? Then the delivery driver will leave a note and an appointment can be made to schedule a new delivery.

Unfortunately, there remains a chance that something can happen during a shipment. In the unlikely event that your parcel has been damaged during transit, please take a picture of the entire item, the damage, the entire package and a picture of the shipping label. Send these photos to us by email and we will solve the problem without delay.
