About "Passion flower fluorecence"

About the artwork

Passion flower photographed with Ultraviolet UV light reveals the fluorescence of the flower.
A picture of a flower taken under UV light reveals an enchanting and often unexpected world of colours and patterns not visible to the naked eye. Here is a description of what such an image might look like:

Description of UV fluorescence photo of a flower
Under ultraviolet light, the flower glows in vivid, almost otherworldly hues. The petals, which are normally white or light-coloured, glow in bright colours such as neon pink, electric blue, bright yellow or purple. Some parts of the flower do not reflect UV light, making them appear deep black and creating sharp contrasts.

Details that often become visible

- Nectar-leading patterns: Many flowers show fluorescent lines or dots leading insects to the nectar. These patterns are invisible in ordinary light but light up in UV.
- Texture and texture: The fine hairs on petals or pollen can light up, giving the photo an almost surreal depth.
- Colour gradient: Some flowers show a colour gradient from the centre to the edge, giving a hypnotic effect.

Atmosphere of the photo
The overall atmosphere is mysterious and magical. The flower seems to radiate an inner energy, as if it lives in another dimension. The background is often kept dark to add extra light to the fluorescent parts, making the flower float like a luminous star in the darkness.
