Sculptures from the Passion facade of the Sagrada Familia Basilica by Gaudí in Barcelona, Catalonia, Spain.
The central sculpture is a column which depicts The Flagellation of Jesus Christ at the Pillar and in the background is The Kiss of Judas.
This facade was projected by Antoni Gaudi in 1911, with the definitive sketch finished in 1917 which was the guide for the next generations.
The sculptural decoration of the Passion facade was commissioned in 1986 to Josep Maria Subirachs, who worked on bringing this side of the cathedral to life between 1987 and 2009.
